6000CHP

The 6000CHP is our most powerful handheld tool, built with a twin tandem cylinder design that produces more than three tons of squeezing force. It can be used as a hardware insertion press or as a high-powered riveter, giving operators strong, controlled performance in a portable tool.

To help ensure flatness, the 6000CHP is fitted with a special yoke with an increased gap. It accommodates studs up to 1/2" in length, along with threaded inserts, floating nut plates, standoffs, and other captive press-in-style hardware.

Special tooling is available for No. 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 studs, as well as No. 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 threaded inserts. Tooling is organized and shipped in a protective foam insert.
