Repair & refurbishment
Our tools are made to withstand a lot of abuse, but occasionally repairs or full refurbishment is needed to make them like new again.
Repair Policy
GP Tools offers a one-year warranty on defective tools.
After the one-year warranty GP Tools will repair malfunctioning tools for the cost of replacement parts, shipping, and labor.
Tools that have been modified from their original manufacture (including with non-GP Tools parts) or have not been used according to their design (using more than 90 PSI) are not covered by the warranty. They can still be repaired for an additional modification fee. Tools that require cleaning before repair are also subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Some tools sent for repair may be too damaged. GP Tools reserves the right to inspect a tool upon return and make a final determination on repairs. Tools that cannot be repaired will be returned to the owner.
Refurbishment Program
