Warranty
GP Tools takes immense pride in our products; both in the quality of parts and workmanship. All tools, parts and accessories come with a one year warranty. If the tool breaks or does not perform according to its design within 365 days of the invoice date, GP Tools will repair the tool for free and cover the cost of shipping.
Tools that are outside of the 12-month warranty period OR if the failure was as a result of user error or over-pressuring (over 100 PSI voids tool/part/component warranty) can be repaired or refurbished. GP Tools also offers a Trade-In program for used or unneeded tools.
Return Policy
Unused standard tools, parts and accessories can be returned within 45 days. Credit will be issued upon inspection of items; if used or damaged you will be contacted about options. Returned orders are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee.
Custom ordered or custom made items cannot be returned without prior authorization.
