8000CS

The Model 8000CS delivers 8,000 pounds of force in a heavy-duty bench-mounted compression tool. It comes equipped with a four-way foot control and housing, hoses, and the necessary hardware for immediate operation.

The 8000CS uses bolt-on tooling, allowing a wide range of setups for both standard and specialized production requirements. Squeezing force is highly adjustable, ranging from less than an ounce up to four tons, and remains under direct operator control.

When properly tooled and adjusted, the 8000CS delivers accurate, consistent work for demanding specifications. It can be used for swaging, staking, hole punching, riveting, and pressing in captive hardware.
